How do I book a demo or visit your showroom?
Call (852) 2398 2562 or email cs@warmcarehk.com to book a product demonstration at Warmcare in Fo Tan, Sha Tin. You can also use our website enquiry form. Tell us your facility’s name, the systems you are interested in and the situations you would like to explore, so we can prepare the demonstration and confirm your appointment.
How long does installation take?
Installing a single system that requires no wiring can generally be completed in one day; testing, staff training and handover can also take place that day if time permits. The schedule depends on equipment quantities, site conditions and available working hours. Provide your layout and existing equipment details when booking, and arrange staff attendance so the installation and handover stages can be coordinated.
Do you provide staff training and after-sales maintenance?
Warmcare provides staff training, and our sales team can explain the after-sales maintenance services and terms for your system. Testing, training and handover can take place on installation day if time permits.
