Warmcare equipment is used in more than 80% of the public hospitals and clinics run by Hong Kong's Hospital Authority, as well as in day care centres, elderly care homes, residential homes for persons with disabilities and rehabilitation facilities. Each organisation chooses the systems it needs, such as nurse call, anti-wandering or fall management, and can manage all their alerts together on the Central Monitoring Platform.
Can Warmcare products be bought with the I&T Fund for Elderly and Rehab Care?
Yes. Warmcare's nurse call, anti-wandering and fall management systems can be purchased with the Social Welfare Department's Innovation and Technology Fund for Application in Elderly and Rehabilitation Care. Eligible elderly and rehabilitation service units can apply to the fund, and Warmcare can provide product information and quotations to help prepare the application.
