系統簡介Description
病患在未經護理人員同意下離開醫院或安老院舍的情況在世界各地都有發生。其中最具挑戰性且具生命威脅的問題之一，是患有認知障礙症的長者發生遊走情況，一旦他們誤入不安全區域，便可能會受到傷害。
擅自離院（Elopement）是遊走中最危險的階段，通常發生在意識混亂的病患離開某一區域且未能返回時。遊走風險日益成為家庭、長期護理機構及監管部門關注的焦點，這亦加劇了家庭成員、護理人員及護士所面臨的挑戰與工作量。
